Application Process
What are the application criteria?
You must make 2.5 times the monthly rent and cannot exceed 25% of debt-to-income ratio.
How long does it take for an application to be approved?
24-48 hours but can vary depending on individual screening.
Do you accept a shorter lease term?
No we do not accept short lease terms.
If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?
You would apply online and we can hold the unit up till 2 weeks for you from the ready date or date application, whichever is longer.
Are there any move in charges?
Yes, $300 admin fee and $201 remaining security deposit, prorated rent and prorated parking/storage/pet rent if applicable.
What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?

Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?
Yes! There are garbage and trash rooms on each floor- any big recycling boxes will need to be broken down and placed in the loading dock.
How do I pay for electricity and water?
It will be billed to you via Puget Sound Energy for Electricity and Billing Associates Group for Water, trash and sewer.
What is the guest policy?
No guest may stay with you for longer than 2 weeks, if they need parking you can submit a request on Henri and it will be charged to your account. Parking will be $10/day.
Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes we have maintenance on-site M-F
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Via Henri.
What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?
Call after hours (509) 707-8297 if you are locked out after hours. During office hours, we can let you back in!
Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?
Yes, you are responsible for getting your own renters insurance otherwise a $50 noncompliance fee will be added every month.
What are my option for paying my rent?
