At Bellevue 10 we understand the need to provide affordable housing and are proud to participate in A Regional Coalition for Housing (ARCH) program, which allows us to offer rent-restricted homes to individuals with low to moderate income. The maximum allowable income is determined by ARCH and is expressed as a percentage of the Area Median Income (% AMI). If your household income falls within the allowed income limits, you may be eligible for an ARCH home. Applicants interested in renting ARCH units are required to submit a standard rental application. Once that is completed, applicants would go through an income qualification process to determine eligibility for the program.
